Remote Assistance

(M) Support offers to perform work remotely. This is done by that you give us temporary access to your computer, you start the remote control program via the link below. Contact us before the start, so you are sure that there is a consultant, ready to help you.

You can always follow our work on your monitor and may at any time terminate the remote control program. Once this is done, we have no longer access to your system before you may re-enable the program.
Start Remote Assistance-Select run in the dialog box.

-Press "run", then "allow" or "continue"
-Remote support program starts and shows an ID number and password

-Read the ID number in the phone. The number gives us access to your PC, and then we can solve the problem while you accompany.
